Terms
By using Hashy you agree to these terms.
What Hashy is
Hashy is an interface to open-source programs on the Solana blockchain. It lets people create tokens, mine an allocation of them with proof of work, and trade them on Meteora bonding curves and pools.
Transactions are signed by your wallet and settled on-chain. Hashy never holds your funds or keys, except for the optional mining wallet, which lives only in your browser.
Risk
Tokens launched here are speculative and can lose all of their value. Anyone can launch a coin, and nobody reviews them. A coin’s name or image says nothing about who made it or whether it is endorsed by anyone.
Smart contracts can have bugs. Blockchain networks can be congested or halt. Prices on bonding curves move with every trade.
Only use money you can afford to lose. Nothing on Hashy is financial, legal or tax advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallet, your keys, the mining wallet in your browser and its backup, and for every transaction you sign.
You must not use Hashy where it is illegal for you to do so, to launch tokens that infringe other people’s rights or impersonate them, or to mislead other users.
You are responsible for any taxes on your activity.
Mining
Mining uses your computer’s processor and power while the page is open. You can stop at any time. Proof fees you pay are spent on the coin’s opening buy and are not refundable except as described on the How it works page.
Content
Coin names, images and descriptions are created by users. Hashy may hide content from this interface that is illegal or abusive. On-chain data cannot be removed by anyone.
No warranty
Hashy is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the people who build and run Hashy are not liable for losses from using it, including losses from bugs, network failures, price movements or other users’ actions.
Changes
These terms can change. Continuing to use Hashy after a change means you accept the new terms.
